Before posting to this site you need first to register for a free account by clicking the register button from the top of the menu.

Starting a New Post

After Registering for a new account and verifying it to your email you can now start posting to do this you have to go first to your desired sub section of this forum.
For example if your planning post in the General section just click the General Icon like in the given example below and click the icon.

After clicking the icon you will go to a sub forum section where all the General info about table tennis is posted then the [New Topic] and start making your new post.

How to post a video

To do this first you need to have an account with www.youtube.com.
If you already have your own video uploaded there just copy the embeded link and paste it here like in
the given step by step example given below.

1. Copy the whole line of the Embed in youtube.

2. Click and paste the link to the Host a video link botton here

After that your done just press send.
